We have extensive experience providing insurers and producers with strategic and tactical advice in connection with administrative proceedings involving orders to show cause, orders to cease and desist, and notices of non-compliance.  Many times, because of our long established working relationship with California Department of Insurance staff, we are able to obtain a resolution or settlement of the disciplinary matter before hearing. We also regularly counsel insurers with respect to responding to Consumer Complaints which lead to letters from the Consumer Services Division of the California Department of Insurance.
